Went to this location after having been about 9-10 years since my last visit. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it has been nicely renovated. It is very nice with friendly staff. Food is good. This is a pizza buffet with salad, pasta, dessert and drinks. They will also make your preferred pizza, just ask.

Eric, the manager, is one of the kindest people ever. He always recognizes my dad and I, and he always greets us so warmly! Every time we walk in he makes my dad his buffalo chicken pizza without ever having to ask because he just remembers! It’s customer service like this that makes all the difference!! If you see this Eric we truly appreciate you!! Corporate if you see this, Eric deserves a raise!

This was a great experience my wife and I decided on pizza and this restaurant. The best experience I have had in a while the Manager was excellent she was polite and have excellent customer service taken care of the customer 1st which is great. The staff was friendly and making sure your favorite pizza was on the buffet and it was nice and clean. I will come back once a week if you keep this crew they will make you alot of money. Thank you Manager and staff on 03/19/26 @ around 430 to 500pm you guys are amazing

I recently visited CiCi’s Pizza in Richmond, Virginia with my family, and we had a great experience from start to finish. CiCi’s is a self-serve, all-you-can-eat buffet-style restaurant, which makes it easy to grab exactly what you want and try a little bit of everything. The buffet offers a large selection of pizza choices, from classic favorites to specialty flavors, and fresh pizzas were consistently being brought out. In addition to pizza, they also offer a small selection of pasta, soup, and salad, along with wings and cheesy bread. If you have a sweet tooth, the dessert options are a real highlight. They offer cinnamon rolls, fudge brownies, Bavarian dessert pizza, and apple dessert pizza, giving you plenty of sweet choices to finish your meal. One thing I truly appreciated is that the staff is very friendly and accommodating. If a certain pizza is running low or if a customer wants a specific style that isn’t currently on the buffet, you can request it. The staff immediately begins preparing that pizza, placing it in the oven, and then bringing it directly to the table that requested it. This allows the customer to enjoy as much of that specific pizza as they would like be

We decided to visit Cici's Pizza for dinner last night. This is one of the locations that remained open - all of the Cici's closer to my address have closed. We've eaten at this Broad Street location a few times before. The staff members are always positive, friendly, and helpful. They are always attentive and willing to make requested items to keep the buffet line fully stocked with plenty of food and variety. Each pizza, salad item, pasta, sauce, and dessert item looked fresh. Everything we ate was well-prepared and delicious! We are looking forward to our next visit to Cici's Pizza !!
